Hydration: The Simple Habit That Transforms Your Health

When we think of wellness, we often jump to workouts or diets. But one of the most powerful wellness tools is also the simplest—water.

🌿 Why Hydration Matters

Water supports nearly every system in your body. Staying hydrated helps:

  • Boost energy and brain function

  • Improve digestion and reduce bloating

  • Clear your skin

  • Regulate body temperature

  • Flush out toxins

  • Reduce headaches

📏 How Much Water Should You Drink?

A helpful guideline: Drink half your body weight in ounces of water each day.

So, if you weigh 160 lbs, aim for about 80 oz of water.

Drink more if you:

  • Exercise frequently

  • Live in a hot climate

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Are recovering from illness
