Wellness Wednesday: Healthy Lemon Herb Salmon Recipe (Mediterranean-Inspired)

Sometimes the best recipes are the ones that get passed along… A member of our EBLUXE CARES community shared this simple, healthy lemon herb salmon recipe with us and we loved how fresh, easy, and approachable it is.


So of course, we had to share it with you. This is exactly what we mean when we say:

food can support your body, not work against it.


Why This Recipe Matters


This isn’t just a meal, it’s nourishment with intention.

    •    Salmon provides omega-3 fatty acids that support heart health and help reduce inflammation

    •    Olive oil is a key part of the Mediterranean diet , known for supporting overall wellness

    •    Garlic, lemon, and herbs bring antioxidants and natural compounds that support the body’s natural defenses

    •    Fresh vegetables add fiber and nutrients your body needs daily


Simple ingredients with real benefits, that is not complicated



Healthy Lemon Herb Salmon Recipe (Mediterranean Style)










Servings: 4


Ingredients:

    •    Extra virgin olive oil

    •    1 lemon (zested + juiced)

    •    1–2 garlic cloves, minced

    •    2 teaspoons Greek oregano

    •    3 tablespoons fresh dill (plus more for garnish)

    •    1 lb salmon fillet

    •    Kosher salt + black pepper

    •    2 green onions, chopped

    •    1 cup cherry tomatoes


Instructions:

 Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly oil a baking dish

   

Make the sauce:

Whisk together lemon juice, zest, garlic, oregano, dill, and olive oil


Prepare the salmon:

    •    Pat dry

    •    Season with salt & pepper

    •    Place in dish and add green onions + tomatoes


 Pour sauce over salmon

  •  Bake for 8–15 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork

  •  Finish with extra lemon zest and fresh dill
