The holidays are a time for joy, celebration, and of course delicious food but they can also leave your body feeling bloated, heavy, or uncomfortable. If you’ve noticed extra fullness in your stomach, tighter clothes, or slower digestion, just know this:


You’re not alone - We are all feeling it and your body is simply responding to richer foods, extra sugar, and the shift in routine.

Let’s walk through a few supportive steps to reduce bloating and nurture your body back.



1. Start Your Morning With Warm Lemon Water


A warm cup of lemon water first thing in the morning can:

    •    Stimulate digestion

    •    Support liver detoxification

    •    Reduce water retention

    •    Encourage gentle bowel movements


You can also add a slice of ginger for added anti-inflammatory benefits.


2. Choose Lighter, Fiber-Rich Meals for 48–72 Hours


Your digestive system needs a little “break” after heavy holiday meals.


Try building meals around:

    •    Vegetable soups

    •    Steamed vegetables

    •    Smoothies with spinach or kale

    •    Oatmeal with fresh fruit

    •    Brown rice or quinoa

    •    Fresh fruit bowls
