It Only Works If You Do: Small Changes, Big Results

ree

Every week, we share practical wellness tips you can use to feel better from the inside out — from improving your energy to lowering your risk of chronic conditions. But here’s the truth: it only works if you do it.

You can read all the tips, recipes, and encouragement in the world, but unless you put them into practice, nothing changes.

One of our community members recently shared with us the power of action. They have been drinking our lemon concoction — and their blood pressure went down naturally. Her exact words were: “So I’ve been taking the concoction since I found out about it.  Today my blood pressure is 127/55. That’s the lowest it has been in a long time even though I take blood pressure medication. God is good!!!!! Thank you TJ”

That’s the kind of result that happens when you stop just learning and start doing.

The key isn’t to change everything overnight. It’s to pick one habit and stick with it. Here are a few ideas you can start today if you haven’t already:

  • Cut back on soda and sugary drinks that can spike blood sugar and add empty calories.

  • Drinking enough water to keep you hydrated. A lot of problems come when we are not getting enough water to keep ourselves hydrated.

  • Add more veggies to your meals for fiber, vitamins, and minerals that keep your body strong.

These small changes can lead to better digestion, improved energy, clearer skin, and yes — even healthier blood pressure.

💬 Now It’s Your Turn: What’s one wellness tip you’ve actually tried so far? Have you noticed a difference in your health or energy? Share your story with us — it could inspire someone else to take their first step.

And if you want more simple, delicious, and effective ways to fuel your body, join us for our virtual wellness event Press It, Blend It & Plant-Based on Thursday, August 21, 2025 at 6 PM PST. We have 3 amazing guests ready to share with you

Because your health journey isn’t just about what you learn — it’s about what you do. 💛

I noticed a big change in my waistline and weight overall with using the Yuka app and cutting out unnecessary unhealthy foods. The app has me really monitoring the foods I put in my body. Also, I have been using my herbs again for detoxification of my body. I've slimmed down with a change on my food choices without incorporating exercise. Just image when I start hitting the gym consistently again. I will see even greater results.

Your progress is truly inspiring!

Thank you for sharing your wellness journey with us and for being apart of our EBLUXE CARES community. What you’ve experienced is a powerful reminder that what we put into our bodies matters just as much as how we move our bodies. By using the app, choosing cleaner foods, and getting back to your herbs, you’ve shown that small, consistent choices can create real change.

The fact that you’ve slimmed down without exercise speaks volumes about the impact of mindful eating and detoxification. Just imagine the transformation as you continue nourishing your body and add movement back into your routine. Your commitment is proof that wellness is a journey, and you’re walking it with intention and…
